隔離操作通風柜

簡介：

   根據用戶需求進行設計的防爆（隔爆型）非標設備。將易泄露，易揮發的有害物質和相關設備進行有效隔離，從而在風機的負壓工況下將有害物質抽到指定之處，操作者通過觀察窗口和壁櫥的專用橡膠手套箱內部設備及閥門等進行操作生產，因此具有易操作、易觀察、易檢修、易維護和在位清洗等多種功能。同時具有多功能報警提示和保護功效，能徹底保護操作者的身體健康。程序控制具有一鍵“傻瓜式”的特點。同時采用SUS304和SUS316L不銹鋼材質制成，具有經久耐用之特性。

Introduction：

      Flame-proof type equipment can effectively isolate the hazardous substance which is easy to leak or volatilize and the related equipments. So the blower can pump the hazardous substance to the designated place under the sub-pressure. The operator can control the production by observing the internal plant and valve in the special rubber glove box through the window, which enables the whole process to be easily controlled, observed, examined and repaired, rotected, cleaned, etc. Besides, it has a function of multifunctional warning and protection to thoroughly safeguard the health of the operator. The whole programme can be controlled by only one button and is as convenient as an instamatic. The equipment is made of SUS304 and SUS316L stainless steel which is labelled by its well wear and durability.
